Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec (excluding holidays)...............$1000 per week

Mid Season
Mar (excluding holiday), Apr, May, Sep, Oct.........$1100 per week

High Season
Jun, Jul, Aug.........................................................$1150 per week

Holiday Season
Dec 17-Jan 1, Easter Week..................................$1275 per week

Additional Rate Information

• Prices include 13% Florida state tax.
• Complimentary Pool Heat on all regular rentals
• $500 Security Deposit and $500 Damage Deposit per week is required at time of booking.

Reservation deposits are due immediately at the time Villa is booked. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive a deposit. We will accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, or personal checks as a form of payment for the deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

Any reservation made within 45 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
